Ravi Kumar Yeddu

Mr. Ravi Kumar Yeddu is the Joint Secretary and is a dedicated social activist who has committed himself to advancing social change and addressing the needs of poor and vulnerable communities. He plays a key role in outreach and field engagement, ensuring that the organisation’s initiatives effectively reach and benefit those most in need. As the Head of the Program Team, he leads the planning and implementation of field activities, providing critical support to the organisation’s mission and operations.

Mr. Uday Kishore Gummadi

Mr. Uday Kishore Gummadi

Mr. Uday serves as the Secretary of the Society, where he plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of all organisational activities. He is deeply committed to advancing the Society’s social mission, actively contributing to advocacy efforts and strengthening community engagement. He also leads initiatives related to fundraising and social entrepreneurship, helping build sustainable avenues of support for the organisation’s programs and impact.

Binu Arickal

Praveen Savarapu

Mr. Praveen is the founder of the society. He is a social activist, public policy advocate, and researcher dedicated to advancing equitable development. He founded the People’s Organisation to Teach, Transform, and Epitomise the Rural Society (POTTER) with the vision of uplifting vulnerable communities and addressing critical gaps in access to basic services and opportunities. He works closely with multiple non-profit organisations and government institutions to design and strengthen systems that bridge these gaps and improve the delivery of welfare and development initiatives.
