About Us

People’s Organization to Teach, Transform, and Epitomize the Rural Society (POTTER) is registered society under AP Societies registration act 2001.It is a non-profit founded in 2016, working across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana to empower marginalized communities.The organization focuses on improving access to education, livelihoods, healthcare, and social entitlements by strengthening awareness, skills, and community participation. Starting from grassroots efforts in East Godavari, POTTER has grown into a platform that connects vulnerable groups—including women, youth, farmers, and tribal communities—to opportunities and support systems.Through initiatives in education, livelihoods, health, and capacity building, POTTER addresses the root causes of poverty and promotes self-reliance and social equity.Led by its President and Project Director Praveen Savarapu , the organization continues to expand its impact through strong grassroots engagement and partnerships. POTTER is committed to building inclusive, empowered communities where no one is left behind.

Who We Serve

POTTER focuses on supporting communities that face various social, economic, and developmental challenges. The organization works with diverse groups including rural families, women, youth, farmers, students, and other marginalized communities who often struggle with limited access to resources, education, and opportunities. 

Special attention is given to individuals and communities that are frequently excluded from mainstream development initiatives. Many rural and underprivileged populations face difficulties such as lack of awareness, limited employment opportunities, poor access to quality education, and inadequate social support systems.
